    I haven't done mosaics but I would try E6000.

  3. I am still sold on quick grip adhesive. It holds up so well in the weather too. I use E6000 for my jewelry. Jan

what is the cost/tube size difference between quick grip and E6000??

  6. Really not that much....both are under $ 3.00 at our WM. I keep tubes of both handy around here. Even DH likes the super grip for his fishing noodles now. I guess if they will hold up in lake water it will hold up anywhere! Jan

I'll have to look in the hardware our WM cut our craft dept down to only 1 aisle. Mostly silk flowers in that aisle even.

  11. I can't believe they would cut your craft aisle down with your being almost in the heart of WM country! Even though we are on the southern tip of AR we still have a good selection of craft materials. DH would be happy if they closed it all together though....LOL. I do have a couple of tubs full of "crap" as he refers to it. I just laugh and slap the lid on the tub and roll on. Hopefully with getting rid of my booth I will have a little more time to work on some crafts to sell later. Let me know if you have trouble finding it and I will be happy to mail you a tube of it. They did the same to our WM. They're in the process of turning it into a Super WM with groceries and such but the craft dept is now only one small aisle with slim pickings. Gimme back my craft dept. I can live without groceries lol

  15. Our WM is a supercenter with groceries and such but still had about 4 aisles of craft items. I usually keep an eye on the closeouts that they are discontinuing too and store in containers here for future projects. Jan

I have done mosaics on wood and used the water base glue from the hardware store (Titebond or Weldbond) Just be sure to "rough up" the wood good with sand paper and prime it. I prime with deluted glue. Just paint it and and let it dry. Once you grout you are pretty solid. This, of course, is for an indoor project.
