What do you do with one? My neighbor has one in her trash and I hate to see it go to the landfill.

  3. I just read this on the other site. I planted flowers in ours and it looked great...This was yrs ago. Embarrassed my daughter to death though...

  4. Oh my gosh - the planter would be adorable!!! it would also be fun to have it set up somewhere for when YOU have bbq's - either to hold drinks or picnic dishes? i wonder if my neighbor would notice his missing....

I have one...will take pics later...that I turned into a patio serving table. I took off the metal grill part, attached redwood boards to metal base where grill was. I use it to serve drinks, food, etc when we're entertaining on the patio. Then you take the grill portion that you removed and do all kinds of things! I used the grill racks for a wall hanging to clip notes and pics to. I'm sure others have ideas for the rest of the 'removed' grill itself.

Don't judge my styling...because I did NOT style this! lol I just ran outside and took a pic. Can you tell that I use it for a potting table when it's not being used for food service? lol

Please let me know if you can't view the pic. I've never uploaded a photo to this site and I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to do it!

Leveta, tell me how you upload pictures that meet the requirement of 250 KB, but appear so large in the post? I'm truly stumped!

  12. I send my pic's to Documents. Then I post here and go to browse and retrive the pic. Then go to the resizing down below. I always crop my pic in the resizing, follow directions, there will be a screen that comes up with like 4 pic's on it. You click on the top right then save again to doc. In doc. it should show I think a rz before the pic so you know its the right one. Then click on the pic and open it should change on your browse down below. Then send post with att. It took me awhile to figure out but once you do it's easy....

the bottom of ours had rusted out, so I set it on the ground in the back corner of the yard and using in for composting. Looks neat and tidy.

  15. Tricia ours was rusted in places so I put something in the bottom to hold the soil. Cowpalace it just takes time to learn. It took what seemed forever...

  16. cow palace: I avoid posting pics because it took me so long the few times I did. Just keep trying. No one cares because most of us are learning and the rest went through the same process.

  17. and some of don't post pics because we forget we own cameras...have patience - you will learn it! In the meantime, it's fun to share frustration, right? LOL The picture you HAVE gotten on here looks fun and cute!!!

thanks for your patience with me while i go through the learning process of posting pics. i actually used the steps leveta suggested, which is proved by the 'rsz-grill-reuse' file name. sheesh. looks like i need to find a twelve-year old to show me how to do this! :>)

  19. I probably got you more confused...LOL..The one screen I was trying to remember was after you crop, resize and them save to disk, that's when you save, then save again then go back into doc and retrive. I learned on my own and BELIEVE me that's going some for me. My DD ask who helped me, and I no one, she's like, well way to go mom...

i am making mine into a workbench. my step dad and i fight over the current bench space in our 30x70 garage. Im an automotive student and he does alot of woodworking, so there are always multiple projects going on, I need a little space for myself, and how convenient that i can pull this along to my workspace!
