I have finally found the best adhesive to use on resin and other hard to glue items after a couple of years searching. It is called Quick Grip and I found it in the craft section at Walmart. We had service men over the other day for termite inspection and they snapped the arm off one of my resin fairies in my flower bed when moving her. I took this adhesive and followed the directions and she now looks new again. It dries clear, is waterproof and weather proof too. Just thought I would pass this on to others who need a good product for such repairs. Jan

It also glues concrete and other items and I think it would be worth the purchase to have around for repairs. I am so glad to have found it too. Good luck. Jan

Thanks, Jan, I REALLY appreciate you sharing that tip. I'll be one that is going to pick some up next time I go to Walmart. Sue

That stuff is great! I'm about ready for another tube.

Thanks for the heads up. You can never have too much adhesive around. Hey, I got an idea......Can someone come up with a project that holds all the tubes of glue/adhesive tubes we all have lying around. I've got mine in a cardboard box otherwise they would be all over the place and I'd never find the one I need for the current project.

Look around for some sort of metal box with compartments that you might be able to store them upright. I try to store mine in that position in a small can but I am on the look out for something with compartments. Always something we are in search for it seems! Jan

hey....would one of those projector slide compartments i was talking about in "remember projectors" work for holding the adhesive tubes?
they have many compartments, numbered even and i'm sure that you could remove the dividers if a larger space is needed? plus a large donut shape could hold larger bottles/tubes in center.Posted 4 years ago # -
I am sure it would work...give it a try. It would be cute on your work station too! Jan
