Topic: paper to glass

  1. im having trouble putting paper collages behind glass panes in windows...
    have been using modpodge...and get bleeding on some of it... also too shiney sometimes....
    what would you use? can i just attach the edges with liquid nails or something like that....?

    Use the matte Modpodge and seal the papers with a spray from the craft store. There are two I've used. One is called "Workable Fixative" and the most recent one is called "Protect" or something to that effect. Also, you can mount the pictures on cardboard cut to size and then place in the framing and secure w/glazing points or even tape. That way they can be changed out. I'd like to see the pictures when you complete.

    I have used my hot glue gun to attach the paper...a small bead does the trick!
