Also decoupaged onto old suitcases

I use them as wrapping paper or stuffing in gift bags instead of tissue paper.

I am in middle of remodeling my craft room which I will be sharing with DH (He builds doll houses for the Granddaughters and model railroads for himself). Plan to paint the room chocolate brown and build in shelves. Thought maybe I would decoupage some patterns on some of the shelving.

I saw some decoupaged onto a sewing table. Question - would it hold up? Would it stay stuck to laminate?

I have seen them decoupaged on walls and I really liked the look on one wall with the others of the room painted a color.

Leveta, I had a 30 X 50 ft pole barn when we lived in the country. It was suppose to be mine - all mine - I had a business making tents. DS moved in to one end and DH by the overhead then there was storage on another end... Where was I??? Junk everywhere. No organization. Had to move stuff to make a big tent. Simply did not work to share. Had one heck of a garage sale though... Find a place and stake your claim. If you have to share build a WALL or something. Maybe find some doors and put up a divider. It works best to have your OWN space. Right now I have a room that we walk through to do laundry and go potty. It filled up with junk when we put new floors in the living room and kitchen... Some how it ruins the space... Stuff creeps in there - unwanted stuff - maybe needs to go to the garage...

LOL...I'm not out there at all right now. Only to visit him once in a while. His brother keeps wanting to give him this and that to put in there. I may have to stand my ground...lol
